When we scheduled our house visit, I showed up thinking Bill was the seller's agent initially. To my surprise he ended up being my realtor, and talked me through the process that first day for about an hour. He toured us around several locations in differing counties, and never blinked when I asked him if he'd be willing to show us homes outside of his typical area.
