We started looking at houses about a year ago with Joe. He was always available to look at whatever we wanted to see with no pressure and seemed to love dreaming about the places with us (we did NOT run him all over town, just when we got pretty serious about a property) Then we took a break from looking at houses and the market flipped from a buyers to a sellers market- Joe apprised us of the change when we started looking again. Once we found the home we wanted, he made quick moves and great suggestions to get us locked into an accepted offer that same day! Our property had been on the market for less than 24 hours and his quick thinking, professional knowledge, and massive network of talented people is what landed us our new house! He walked beside us every step of the way, making sure we made the right moves so the deal would go through in a timely way and we closed 26 days later. He was always available for a text or call- even late when we had to have a document signed by midnight and we had questions. If he didnt know the answer, he got us one. All in all it was a great experience at what can be a stressful time, we felt supported the whole way, and the sweet welcome home basket his wife created for us was so thoughtful and cozy ?? I wont tell you what was in it, youll just have to go with Joe and see for yourself!

Joseph is overall a great guy and realtor. He cares about his clients and talks to you as if he is your friend. He looks out for you and really wants you to get into a good home. We almost went the wrong route when buying our first home it was older had foundation issues etc and Joseph was able to find a newly renovated property that fit all our needs and wont need as much repairing over the years. Very grateful for Joseph and highly recommend him.
