ZillowVERIFIED We started looking at houses about a year ago with Joe. He was always available to look at whatever we wanted to see with no pressure and seemed to love dreaming about the places with us (we did NOT run him all over town, just when we got pretty serious about a property) Then we took a break from looking at houses and the market flipped from a buyers to a sellers market- Joe apprised us of the change when we started looking again. Once we found the home we wanted, he made quick moves and great suggestions to get us locked into an accepted offer that same day! Our property had been on the market for less than 24 hours and his quick thinking, professional knowledge, and massive network of talented people is what landed us our new house! He walked beside us every step of the way, making sure we made the right moves so the deal would go through in a timely way and we closed 26 days later. He was always available for a text or call- even late when we had to have a document signed by midnight and we had questions. If he didnt know the answer, he got us one. All in all it was a great experience at what can be a stressful time, we felt supported the whole way, and the sweet welcome home basket his wife created for us was so thoughtful and cozy ?? I wont tell you what was in it, youll just have to go with Joe and see for yourself!

Needed a place asap, and had a list of 10 houses places hoping one would be the perfect place for me. When I submitted by interest on one of the properties at 10PM in the evening, Joseph reached out in less than a minute and made time to take me around, provide council and help me through the closing process. He recommended the home that I ended up buying, and great inspections, agents etc throughout the process that help with make a very stressful process underwhelming. I cant say enough about the kind of person he is, not just as an agent, but as a human. ZillowVERIFIED Joseph was amazing! We took a virtual tour of the house at 718 Victoria St in Abilene. An older historical home built in 1919. He spent a great deal of time with us and made sure that we saw everything. He knew the house well and pointed out things of interest and possible problem areas as well. He spoke with the owners for us to answer questions he could not, he even secured a year of utility bills as we were worried about them due to the large size of the house. He checked with us on a regular basis and let us know about other properties we might be interested in. He also let know when he was going out of the Abilene area in case there were any properties that were of interest to us. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a real-estate agent and the only reason that we didn't buy was we decided we didn't want to be so far from family. Thank you Joseph!
