Jayson is a very responsible and patient agent, we know him since 2024, but the last 2 years, We didn't spend much time looking at houses, but he help us to find some good house! He could precisely understand our needs and requirements, and analyze and introduce the properties he thought we would like. Finally, in March, we bought the our house! Even though he was on vacation, he didn't delay at all in helping us contact the loan broker and communicate with the seller, and analyze what needed to be rectified about the house. The most inportant thing is that, even the seller wanted a higher price, Jayson analyzed the situation for us, telling us not to be impulsive. Eventually, we got the house at a reasonable price!
