Jonathan came by my house one day when I was working in the garage and he introduced himself, shaking my hand, and looking me in the eye (a nice presence for such a young man). He asked if I or anyone I knew might be interested in listing their home for sale or might be looking for a home in the area. As I told him I had been thinking of it off and on, but I was not ready yet, he listened to my worries and concerns, noted what I said, and sent me follow-up informational emails about the housing market in my area including valuations of properties like mine. He followed through and responded kindly when I told him my husband had been stricken ill and had passed away, offering to help me out however he could if I decided to proceed. He followed through for over a year without fail, and without pressure. And he was true to his word, providing all the information, references, management calls, etc. to help me decide to list with him. He provided all the information for a price to list, and why. Then, this fine young man helped me through the very difficult time of packing up my home of 24 years. He brought me boxes at no expenseaEUR|he hauled off truckloads of donations to the Goodwill and brought me receipts. He arranged to have the house staged at his own expense, providing advice about ways to make it show better for the average buyer. And he let me know what I had to fix, versus what I could leave as is. And heres the best partaEUR|he managed the sale announcement, the showing, and the process of creating a desire in the market that yielded over a dozen buyers on the first day. We received multiple strong offers with no contingencies. He secured the best, after discussion, for thousands of dollars over my asking price! And then managed the delicate process of the buyers asking for additional work to a good outcome. And he didnt leave it there, but continued helping me with the escrow, copies needed, computer work, and hauled away the remainder of the donations or discards to leave the home ready for the new occupants. As a former business owner with 40-years of experience hiring and managing people, I can sincerely say that I doubt you could find a better person, who will care for your needs and give better value for what you pay and be a complete joy to work with at the same time.
