Gary and his team were wonderful, both on the sale of our house and the purchase of our next house. Gary has experience and enthusiasm - he got us what we wanted on our sale, and turned an experience that we were dreading into an exciting experience. We were also so impressed with Gary's philosophy for finding us a new home, which was that he didn't want to sell us on a home that he didn't think he could sell in the future. Gary always gave a genuine opinion about a property and never made us feel pressured to like something if we didn't. We looked at a lot of houses before finally purchasing, and we could tell Gary was really learning our style and paying attention to what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend Gary to friends and family, and would certainly use him on a future sale or purchase!
