John L. Scott Realtors

Gary & Alaina were great to work with. The offer, inspection, and closing process was handled professionally and their knowledge of the market and negotiating skills were great! I would highly recommend them for your real estate needs!

Gary is especially good at communicating with the buyers' agent to negotiate price, concessions, etc. We had a fairly difficult property and it sold with minimal work on our part. Alaina is a true gem and very responsive to texts and e-mails.

Gary was extremely professional and thorough, yet very personable. I was selling my mother's estate from out of town and Gary made the process as easy as possible. He maintained contact throughout the entire process via phone calls and emails so I never wondered what was happening. I felt he went above and beyond hosting open houses and showings three weekends in a row. He followed through with every person who attended an open house or showing. He even arranged a person to clean up leaves on the property when fall came and I was not there to do it! I would recommend team Gary and Alaina to anyone! Thank you to both for helping me through this difficult process of selling my parent's home from New York!

I was well informed every step of the way. They did a great job guiding me to stay aligned with what I was looking for in a house while staying within my budget. I am thankful for their transparency and knowledge of the market.

Gary and Alaina did a great job handling the sale of our home, making a challenging task as seamless as possible. Both were professional and helpful, and always available to provide guidance and to answer questions. We would recommend them very highly.
