Proceed with caution. I can say that Melissa knows her craft, but you better know yours very well too. Shes seems very competent in putting a deal together quickly but 1. Make sure you are well researched. Shell simply execute without necessarily letting you know what all the options are and what choices you have. So for experienced buyers this is fine but for first time home buyers, not the best choice. 2. Make sure ahead of time you are committed to either the property you want to buy (see next point) or to working with her. To put in an offer, youll be asked to sign a 10 month exclusivity contract with her. Not necessarily a bad thing but just make sure you know what youre committing to. 3. If you tour a house with her, and are interested in it, shell be eyeing her commission very zealously. This was my experience with her: I toured a property with her and liked the property, so we started to put a deal together. During this process, many factors led me to feel uncomfortable working with her, including the 10 month exclusivity clause, and so I told her I was no longer comfortable working with her. She responded with an intent to sue for her commission (if I move forward to purchase that property). [Nothing was signed, no offer letter, no buyer's agreement].
