Elizabeth is a wonderful agent! She is very smart, kind, and dedicated. She stuck with me, encouraged me, and kept me going through my long, long search for a home. My budget was smaller, the market slow and vicious. All the while she jumped on anything meeting my needs and budget. We lost out on a few due to my inablity to offer cash in hand, backed away from one after the inspection proved it was not a good bet (get the inspection done - it is worth the money!) but she kept me going and we got the right one. She set up my offer to be the most appealing and got us a reduction in price when the inspection showed a few things needing to be finished that the owners did not have time to fix. She just texted me to come over and pick up the keys! I am out the door to head to my new home. Pick Elizabeth - she is awesome!
