ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth is knowledgeable and professional along with being warm and personable. Highly recommend! This the second time we worked with Elizabeth and we would have her help us sell/buy again if we need to.
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth has been our realtor for two house sales (and one purchase) now and she's absolutely fantastic to work with. She makes the process simple and responds to any questions I have quickly and thoroughly. At one point a few years ago I remember her sitting on my floor of my new house with me looking through booklets manuals left by the previous owner to find information about the house paint colors. That's when I knew I would work with her again. She's also wonderfully involved in the community and volunteers at various events.
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth is an exceptional realtor. We have sold two houses through her and bought one. Her marketing and presentation of our homes has been so exceptional they both sold at asking during the first open house. On top of it all she is a wonderful person to be around. You will be happy with your decision when you decide to buy or list with Elizabeth!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth is an exceptional realtor. Not only was she knowledgeable, responsive, precise, and hardworking, she is also one of the friendliest and best people we have had the chance to work with. Thank you Elizabeth!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth is an excellent realtor and I highly recommend her. She is very patient and always answers my communications in a timely manner. Elizabeth was very professional and responded quickly to any of my needs throughout the entire process of buying my new home. She is very well educated in her field and I had good confidence about her abilities the entire time. I highly recommend her to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Elizabeth at an Open House on Bainbridge Island, and were so impressed with her knowledge about the island and the real estate market that we chose to work with her to help us buy a home on the island. Elizabeth was extremely valuable for any and every question we had about the homes we were interested and also about island living. Elizabeth was very responsive and thorough, and helped us feel confident in shopping for a home on the island, while we were simultaneously still living in Seattle and selling our Seattle home. I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to buy a home on Bainbridge Island or Kitsap County. Thank you Elizabeth! We are so happy with our purchase and are grateful to you for your help through the process!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth's knowledge of Bainbridge Island helped us find and purchase the perfect home. She listened to our needs, and also offered advice when we needed it.I was traveling a lot during the house hunt and purchase, and I appreciated now responsive she was to our queries. She was very professional throughout the process.
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth is a wonderful agent! She is very smart, kind, and dedicated. She stuck with me, encouraged me, and kept me going through my long, long search for a home. My budget was smaller, the market slow and vicious. All the while she jumped on anything meeting my needs and budget. We lost out on a few due to my inablity to offer cash in hand, backed away from one after the inspection proved it was not a good bet (get the inspection done - it is worth the money!) but she kept me going and we got the right one. She set up my offer to be the most appealing and got us a reduction in price when the inspection showed a few things needing to be finished that the owners did not have time to fix. She just texted me to come over and pick up the keys! I am out the door to head to my new home. Pick Elizabeth - she is awesome!
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth is energetic, smart and knows Bainbridge Island and Bainbridge real estate very well. Also she works closely with Ed and Maureen Buckley and they are very experienced at negotiating real estate transactions. Elizabeth is also very personable and enjoyable to work with. Working with her you get a clear feeling of having her personal continuing support.
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth is a great real estate broker! I was a bit concerned at first since we had worked with agents in the past with 20+ years' experience, but she was capable, responsive, professional and worked tirelessly on our behalf as buyers. She really went the extra mile and lots of work on her own to research properties we hadn't even considered. She was able to help us get an accepted offer on the 2nd house we tried for in a very difficult market on Bainbridge Island. I would absolutely recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDElizabeth represented us in the sale of a condo/investment property. She managed every detail (marketing, contract negotiation, inspection, etc.,) with the utmost professionalism and we couldn't be happier with the level of service that we received from her, Ed Buckley, and the Buckley & Buckley team. All in, we got a full price offer, the buyer got a great condo; it was a truly a win-win. This was by far, the most stress free and best experience that we have had selling a property. We will definitely work with Elizabeth again on future real estate transactions.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt has been a pleasure to have Elizabeth as my realtor in selling my property. Due to the difficulties of the property, she had to work harder in making these sales come together. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone who needs the help of a realtor. Thanks again Elizabeth for your help.
