Ashley was a pleasure to work with and she did an amazing job in helping us to successfully sell our home. Her experience and guidance were invaluable, and she ensured the process was as efficient and stress-free as possible. Ashley was great about providing clear communications from start to finish, she was always very responsive, and she brought an incredible support team to the table. We would absolutely work with her in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for a very effective and professional agent.

Terry was great to work with! Very responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He helped me navigate a tough negotiation and successfully brought a house that was initially over budget down to a workable price.

Chris was great to work with. I was selling my house while living out of state, and he made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. He and his team were organized, communicative, and had a great process in place from start to finish. I always felt like everything was under control. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Rick and I were able to close on our house last week. Joe and Jason were great to work with and helped us through some difficult times. The market took a major downturn and we also had some big flooding issues that happened during the time we were trying to sell our home. Joe went out and assured us that our home stayed dry and was not affected by the flood and took pictures and sent to us. He made sure the house was nice and clean before it was shown because it was vacant. They both have great knowledge and a lot of expertise in this area. Thank you very much.

Jason Fox and Joe Kiser with The Madrona Group did an outstanding job selling our Stanwood home. We interviewed several agents because we knew our property needed more than basic real estate marketing, it needed the right story, strategy, and buyer. Jason created a thoughtful marketing plan that showcased the lifestyle of the home and helped us sell quickly in a softer market for the price we needed. We are grateful for their experience, communication, and guidance throughout the process. Highly recommend Jason Fox, Joe Kiser, and The Madrona Group.
