Jason and the team at The Madrona Group did an excellent job selling our home. They were patient with us and all our questions, alleviating our concerns. They walked us through the entire process with care and calm that goes a long way in this monumental of a life event. They took the time to list our house in the best condition possible, and coordinated all the prep work without hassling us for most of it (cleaning/staging/pictures/etc). They promoted the house and marketed it very well, utilizing channels that are very relevant in todays digital world (instagram, facebook, etc). They listened closely to what we wanted in this process and when the house went on the market held to what we wanted (low risk, fast closing, ...) and after it was all said and done, we got more than we wanted shortly into our open house.In spite of Covid, we were able to get a hot listing, with a lot of activity, and a great sales price by using The Madrona Group.
