normally do not take the time to write long reviews, but Nathan Stillwell truly deserves one. I have worked with Nathan on the purchase of two properties, and after going through both transactions with him, I can genuinely say that he is one of those people you are grateful to have in your corner. What I appreciate most about Nathan is that I have never felt like I was just another transaction to him. He takes the time to listen, understand what I am trying to accomplish, and give me his real opinion. There were times when I had a lot of questions, changed directions, or needed something handled quickly, and Nathan was always there. He never made me feel like I was bothering him or asking too much. Real estate transactions are not always easy. Things come up, plans change, and sometimes you need someone who can stay calm and help you figure out the next move. Nathan has been that person for me.
