I have worked with Nathan on the purchase of two properties, and after going through both transactions with him, I can genuinely say that he is one of those people you are grateful to have in your corner. What I appreciate most about Nathan is that I have never felt like I was just another transaction to him. He takes the time to listen, understand what I am trying to accomplish, and give me his real opinion. There were times when I had a lot of questions, changed directions, or needed something handled quickly, and Nathan was always there. He never made me feel like I was bothering him or asking too much. Real estate transactions are not always easy. Things come up, plans change, and sometimes you need someone who can stay calm and help you figure out the next move. Nathan has been that person for me. He communicates, follows through, and when he tells me he is going to take care of something, I know it is going to get handled. One thing that really stands out about Nathan is that he does not disappear once an offer is accepted. He stays involved. He checks in, answers questions, communicates with everyone involved, and makes sure things keep moving. That means a lot when you have your own business and a million other things going on at the same time. I also respect that Nathan will tell me what he actually thinks. He is not someone who is going to tell you whatever you want to hear just to close a deal. If he sees something that concerns him, he will say it. If he believes something is worth looking at, he will explain why. I value that kind of honesty because when you are making a major investment, you need someone you can trust, not someone who is only thinking about their commission. After buying two properties with Nathan, our relationship has become more than simply working with a real estate broker. He is someone I trust, someone I can call, and someone I know genuinely cares about the people he works with. There are plenty of real estate agents out there, but finding someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, hardworking, and genuinely cares is not always easy. Nathan has proven all of those things to me through his actions, not just his words. I am very thankful for everything he has done for me and for the way he has handled both of my purchases. My husband and I did not know much going into buying a house. Nathan was patient and explained the whole process well (and multiple times!). He was also never pushy with trying to get us to buy a house. We viewed 30-40 homes before he added a newly listed one to our viewings. The house he added, ended up being the house we bought! I bought a condo in Chicago, lived there for 3 years and when it came time to sell Nathan priced it aggressively and hit the number we were looking for in just 1 week (not to mention made a nice return thanks to Nathan). We were under a time crunch with our wedding and buying a house at the same time so we had to get it done fast. Nathan knocked it out of the park!We bought a house in May and Nathan negotiated the deal extremely well. We let him handle the negotiating decisions and we ended up getting the house about 18K under asking price. Again, Nathan didn't disappoint. Any real estate transactions I have will be under Nathan's watch. I would recommend that anyone out there looking to buy or sell a home to reach out to Nathan. He is not only a great relator but he is a great person and will always be upfront and honest.
