Joe Pierson Group

We are Utah move-ins from another state. We lived in our California home for almost 50 years. Big Key was suggested by our son to assist in finding a home to buy. After viewing many homes on the internet, we were very grateful to have Big Key guide us through the home buying experience. We appreciated working with Jeff Pierson and Joe Pierson and their friendly, efficient, office staff. They were always on time, always just a phone call away, answering our questions, explaining and directing each step. With our limited knowledge in Real Estate, we trusted them, and they did not disappoint! They handled the viewing appointments, disclosures, inspection, arranged for signing with county and state requirements, and even purchased a home warranty for us as new home buyers. They continued to the end, working with the former home owners, until everything was acceptable, signed, completed and processed. We highly recommend Big Key Realtors. It was our privilege to do business with them. You will find them gracious, dependable and trustworthy.

Jeff Pierson and his team at Big Key Real Estate were nothing short of amazing. We needed to purchase a home quickly and wanted to make sure we found the right one to fit our needs. I was traveling extensively and wasnt able to be directly involved as much as I would have like to have been. I had my hesitations moving everything along while I wasnt around. However found Jeff and his team were able to manage everything incredibly SMOOTHLY and know we couldnt have done it without his teams expertise. We appreciate all the hard work they helped us with. Will definitely be using Big Key Real Estate for our future home buying experiences.

Joe and Jeff are the best team!! They negotiated so effectively that I got top dollar for my house. I cant believe how easy they made it, yet made me more money than my neighbors who have similar sized house. Sold quickly, and so strategic. I cant express more gratitude. They are seriously the best in the state. Hands down!!

BigKeyRealestate really helped us find a house that we love in a time efficient manner. Any question that we had was answered quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new house to buy. Will work with them again for next home purchase.

Big Key helped us sell our first home (unexpectedly fast) and buy our next one within 11 days. It was crazy how quickly things happened. We have now purchased 2 investment properties through them as well. I feel like weve found our realtors to use for life. 4 transactions so far, all 100% perfect, and hopefully many more to come!
