We appreciated working with Jeff Pierson and Joe Pierson and their friendly, efficient, office staff. They were always on time, always just a phone call away, answering our questions, explaining and directing each step. With our limited knowledge in Real Estate, we trusted them, and they did not disappoint! They handled the viewing appointments, disclosures, inspection, arranged for signing with county and state requirements, and even purchased a home warranty for us as new home buyers. ZillowVERIFIED Joe happened to be the selling realtor of a house we wanted to look at. At the time, we didn't have our own realtor and as first-time home buyers, we had a lot to learn about house hunting, mortgages, property values, mortgage insurance, home warranties and down payments. At our first meeting, Joe strongly encouraged us to get a realtor, even if it wasn't him. We told him if we worked with him we needed a realtor that would be patient, honest, and low-pressure. He took us to see over 30 houses over a six-month period and he was exactly the agent we asked for! He even made arrangements for us to look at homes with a co-worker when he was out of town so that we could look at the houses immediately. When we FINALLY liked a house enough to consider an offer, he walked us through each step and advised us on what to request in the offer despite the fact that he was on a family vacation. When we had some repair negotiations that needed to be made, Joe took care of that for us as well. It is easy to see how Joe has been in the real estate business for so many years. He is friendly, easy to work with, and goes out of his way to make his clients feel like a priority while still making time for his own family. I would trust him with another home buying experience as we will be calling him if we sell our home in the future. After almost 10 months, we are yet to have that "Man, I wish Joe would've told us/warned us about that," feeling. We felt he was very up front with us as far as what to expect in such a large investment. I would recommend him to any family or friend without reservation because I trust that he would take care of them as well as I'd expect.

He was never pushy and always showed us houses that either we picked out or that were in our price range, preferred area, size, etc. When we decided to put in an offer he had the paperwork to us in 30 minutes and worked with the other realtor to get our offer accepted within 3 hours. And if that wasn't enough.... he checked in almost everyday until we closed to make sure we were happy and even checked on our house to make sure everything was working properly. ZillowVERIFIED I have been through both the home selling and buying process with Joe Pierson starting back in 2010. Joe is professional and courteous. It doesn't hurt that he's smart and handsome either. :) He is a bro in that he truly treats you as a friend. I feel like he has always treated me like I am is only client and respected and cared about my circumstances. He negotiates well with the other side as he truly embraces the role as your "agent". I've had him running from Davis county all the way to Utah county, called or emailed him at all hours of the day, and even sent friends and family his way. I've never been disappointed. Even while writing this review, when a co-worker asked me what I was doing, I just gave him Joe's number! LOL! True story! Joe is not a "hot-market" real estate agent just looking for the quick buck. He is up to date on market trends, has great insight and offers sage advice. But he also listens and knows how to get you what you want. He is and his staff are dedicated to this business and I can't see me ever looking to anyone else in matters of real estate.
