JLA Realty

Korina helped answer all of our questions regarding selling our house. Brought us quality buyers and helped make our transaction seamless. Highly recommend!

As a remote real estate investor, working with the right real estate agent is critical, and Korina Carnes has been excellent throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the local market and the rental market has been extremely valuable in helping us make good investment decisions even while managing the property from out of state. Korina is always very responsive and easy to communicate with. Whether by text, phone, or email, she answers questions quickly and makes sure things keep moving forward. That level of responsiveness makes a big difference when you are investing remotely. She is also very organized with the leasing process and does a great job advising on pricing, marketing, and strategies to help protect my interests as an investor. Even during slower rental periods, she has still been able to secure strong market rent for the property, which shows her understanding of the market. If you are looking for a knowledgeable real estate agent or listing agent with strong local market expertise, I highly recommend Korina Carnes. I definitely plan to work with her again when the time comes to list our property in the future.

Mrs. Korina is an excellent salesperson. She strives to help people have a better future for their families, and truly, thanks to her, I was able to sell my house. May God always bless Mrs. Korina.
