As a remote real estate investor, working with the right real estate agent is critical, and Korina Carnes has been excellent throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the local market and the rental market has been extremely valuable in helping us make good investment decisions even while managing the property from out of state. Korina is always very responsive and easy to communicate with. Whether by text, phone, or email, she answers questions quickly and makes sure things keep moving forward. That level of responsiveness makes a big difference when you are investing remotely. She is also very organized with the leasing process and does a great job advising on pricing, marketing, and strategies to help protect my interests as an investor.
