JHR / Rossmoor Realty

I had a great experience working with Julie to sell my parents' home after they moved to care facility. Julie was responsive and always available for questions and provided great advice about preparing the home for sale, pricing the home, and every other aspect of the process. The best part is that we received and accepted our dream offer within a week of listing. If you are looking for an experienced professional who knows the area and will guide you every step of the way, Julie is the agent for you!

Julie is an absolutely excellent , kind and highly professional realtor who specializes in getting thru the treacherous waters of being a 1st time Rossmoor buyer . She's a walking Rolodex who can confidently tackle the toughest questions about this community like a seasoned winning quarterback! Thank you Julie for making this happen for me all while living in Portland , Oregon .

Julie was such kind, patient and helpful resource from start to finish! When my husband and I realized it was time to have my father-in-law move out to California from Rossmoor, Julie generously took the time to show us around and view property options way in advance of even having the conversation with him. Then once he made the decision to move, Julie once again took the time to show us property, explaining the pro's and cons of each floor plan, pricing tips, and more. Julie made what could've been a very stressful situation, so easy - we are so grateful for her!

Julie's knowledge and expertise made selling my parents Rossmoor condo a lot less stressful last summer. The vendors she recommended for repairs, the photographer and stagers were all top notch. We couldn't believe how much we got for the home and even the neighbors were amazed. I'd highly recommend Julie Germain to anyone selling their home especially in Rossmoor!

Julie thoroughly understands the local residential market. She made excellent suggestions for pre-sale improvements that would appeal to buyers in this community, she kept us informed at every step, and her pricing guidance worked out perfectly.
