It is difficult to find words for how grateful my husband and I are for Courtney!! She is absolutely incredible. We worked with her to find our forever home for our family. After working together and seeing multiple properties we finally found aEURoethe oneaEUR? but that was just the beginningaEUR| from weeks of back and forth with the seller and a significant amount of time spent in contact with the selling agent, city inspectors and other involved parties, we finally got everything sorted! Not once during the process did Courtney back down in support of our family and our needs!! She fought every battle and worked diligently to get us to the closing table. There was nothing easy about this process for her, from my husbands pretty strict requirements, to everything needed to get to closing, to the amount of time spent on our search, the list of things she did for us could go on!! Courtney was nothing short of amazing. She is a fantastic communicator, has an incredible understanding of multiple areas especially in the South Jersey area and if she isnt familiar with the area she spends extensive amounts of time researching it to make sure that it meets your needs and understands what is required for the area.
