ZillowVERIFIED We first connected with Tom when we saw a Cape May quad that seemed interesting to us that he was the listing agent. He responded to the numerous questions that I sent in via email immediately as we were only curious as to the costs involved. He followed up with all additional questions and provided me with the information I was in need of knowing. We felt the time was not right to buy so we waited. Tom put us on his mailing list and did not bombard us with emails but sent out helpful information of life on the island as well as new listings as they came up. He included timely reviews of the market and we watched the prices steadily climb for about a year and a half. On summer vacation while sitting on the beach the condo unit we would buy was listed. From the beach I emailed Tom hoping he would see it in time as we were leaving the next day for home. He called me back in a few minutes and said he would meet us at 10 am the next day. He met us at the condo and allowed us to look it over thoroughly. He answered all questions and we felt under no pressure to act. We told him we would think about it and would eventually call him a day or two later and started the buying process. The two most stressful times in my life were both from buying our homes. I am just a worry type of person. Tom provided us with local people for our mortgage, insurance, inspections, etc. all the people we chose off of his list were aces as well. When our initial bid was rejected he explained the market and how well it was doing. Many homes were selling over list price and there had been some bidding wars. We told Tom that we would come up to the price we finally settled on but would not get involved in a bidding war. He understood and again did not pressure us to do anything we did not want to do. Long story short (too late) we closed and could not be happier. I would strongly recommend you consider Tom for your real estate purposes. He is very kind and caring and takes the time to help his people. Not many people are as dedicated to their jobs as he is.

After reaching out to 7 and 1/2 years ago when we first were interested in a house, he said let us know if you see something. He didn?t bug us just we are on the emailing list of different homes in the area about twice a month. But this year was the year. We contacted him and got right back to us. We don?t live close, he was flexible to meet with us including on the weekends and working with us thru Fourth of July weekend. He was honest if he saw something with the floor or foundation concerns he pointed it out and rec we keep looking. This happened twice. Not just trying to close a deal but learn what we were looking for. During negotiations he did excellent and got all the major inspections things repaired in the negotiation. Closing was straight forward . I would give my highest marks. He helped us so much . We are very happy with Tom and his aftercare as well. I know i could email him for a rec for electrician or plumber etc and he has a list of people that meet his high standards of work So if you need a house in cape May county call Tom. And if you are in lower township or cape may, I don?t know why you would call anyone else
