My experience was not a good one. They got me to sign up with them with bold faced, lies and then controlled everything with an iron fist. anything I suggested, was refused all they ever wanted me to do was lower my price, lower my price, lower my price... Well , my house sold at the price that I wanted. They responded to my review with another lie about me listening to them and then the house finally selling... No I did not listen to them and I got my price and then at closing I got hit with an extra $600 fee from JB after they got an uneven split with buyers agent . No personal touch. Big company feel , really hard to work with..
