They got me to sign up with them with bold faced, lies and then controlled everything with an iron fist. anything I suggested, was refused all they ever wanted me to do was lower my price, lower my price, lower my price... Well , my house sold at the price that I wanted. They responded to my review with another lie about me listening to them and then the house finally selling... No I did not listen to them and I got my price and then at closing I got hit with an extra $600 fee from JB after they got an uneven split with buyers agent . No personal touch. Big company feel , really hard to work with..

ZillowVERIFIED I was fortunate enough to work with Phil Black from Jason Bramblett. He worked with me for 4 months or so. I didn't have a big budget, recently separated, recent implant to NC. While I owned a home with my ex wife, this was my first time buying alone. Honestly the whole process was so overwhelming but Phil was great. I kept going back and forth about where I wanted to live, he went with me to see so many homes, in so many cities, and was always able to reel me in when I was freaking out about not finding anything. He keep me focused on what he understood I wanted even when I strayed, and that was very important. He was always a text/call away and managed to find my 4 kids and I the perfect home in Jamestown! If there was a negative, it was that I learned that not all real estate agencies charge a fee, JB does, but Phil was up front about it, no surprise fees! I am so happy, so grateful for his patience and professionalism. I would DEFINITELY recommend/work with him again.

My husband and I watch Shark Tank, and there is a commercial that comes on and Barbara says that if you are looking to sell or buy a house, call Jason Bramblett. So that's what we did. Courtney was our first point of contact with the company. She came to us prompt, and very professional. She took her time and told us the home selling process. She also explained all of the documents that we had to sign. She was very kind and patient. And I say patient, because my husband had lots of questions. Lol. That's a man for you. Then we received an email from Troy, letting us know his part in this process and what to expect moving forward. He also is very professional and knowledgeable. Always letting us know that if we had any questions, to please contact him anytime. And both Troy and Courtney ALWAYS responded to our questions or concerns in a Very timely manner, (meaning within minutes). Then we also have an honorable mention for Apple De Castro. She introduced herself and kept us in the loop with reminders, and what to expect the last 5-7 days before closing. Very pertinent information in transitioning. ZillowVERIFIED I found Jason Bramblett Real Estate (JBRE) a few years ago when looking for a house to purchase. My husband and I were introduced to our realtor Troy; he's such a great guy, great sense of humor, and was great to work with. The entire home buying process was easy. We had found a FSBO listing and Troy walked us through each of the steps. It was a such a wonderful experience that when we had to move, I reached out to Troy to see if JBRE would be able to assist in selling our home. This wasn't an ordinary sale either as I was relocating for work and so certain things had to be addressed in the contract. JBRE/Troy were understanding and flexible at making sure we followed the listing requirements. Even during a pandemic, we listed our home April 2020, and still got it sold within 3 showings! Jason Bramblett communicated very well with us, through the contract negotiations and was very attentive to calls and text messages. Most of our experience was with Troy, and although he's not a sellers agent and is now in operations support, he was always there to support us through the process! One unique situation came up while trying to get reimbursed through my agency; they questioned the computations of certain items and asked for additional supporting documentation. I emailed Jason Bramblett, we went back and forth, and although I realized it was heavy ask, he set aside some extra time to try and help get me the information that was requested. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but having worked with JBRE ok both sides of the deal, I would highly recommend them for you buying and selling needs in and around the Triad area!

We were selling a small, older home in a modest neighborhood with a history of slow sales, under asking price, so I was not optimistic despite the strength of Jason Bramblett's Realty Company. Our agent, Maria Rosato was so helpful and appreciative of the efforts we had made to bring the house up to date yet honest with us about pricing expectations. Fortunately, we were aligned on pricing but I still expected the house to be on the market for several months. Before Maria could schedule an open house with less than a month on the market, we found ourselves accepting a full-price offer!! For a house on a dead-end street, off of another dead-end street - in other words, no drive by visibility. ZillowVERIFIED We initially got in touch with Troy Dollyhigh with Jason Bramblett Real Estate through Zillow. I ended up going to meet Troy in person and signing the paperwork for him to represent my wife and I. We looked at multiple houses and with one we almost made an offer on until Troy discovered that a new bypass would pass within 0.25 of the house, just through the woods on one side of the neighborhood. We were incredibly thankful to have found that upfront before even putting in an offer. We did end up putting in an offer on a separate house and Troy convinced us after initial negotations that we should walk away as we could have been stuck paying too much out of pocket since it was overpriced even for a seller's market. Around a year after first signing on with Troy and taking a long break for personal reasons, we found our perfect house and today was our closing day! I could not recommend a better buyer's agent to work with that has your absolute best interest at heart and will make sure you do not rush into something you will regret later.
