Jessica helped my family sell our first home and find our forever home. Jessica worked very hard to sell our house. It is actually a 1920's vacation cottage located on waterfront property. We first listed it Summer of 2017. She hosted several open houses to jump-start things only to have a "100 year flood" hit. While the cottage itself survived unscathed, the water destroyed the lawn - prompting us to take the property off the market until Spring 2018. Jessica started the process from scratch this Spring, again jump starting with open houses. After feedback from potential buyers that our price was high, Jessica steered us to a more effective/realistic price. As a direct result of an open house we ended up with three offers and received nearly 100% of the adjusted asking price. We appreciated Jessica's hard work, perseverance and positive attitude.
