ZillowVERIFIEDJessica helped my family sell our first home and find our forever home. From the beginning, Jessica was very informative about what changes we should do to our current home to help it sell quickly and for what we wanted. She had great insight into homes we were looking at and the areas they were located at. She has excellent communication skills. she made buying and selling a home a breeze. Her knowledge of local attorneys and home inspectors made it really easy to find the ones we liked. Everyone she recommended was a breeze to work with and made the whole closing process a breeze. I cannot recommend Jessica enough. Thanks Jess!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers my wife and I were using Zillow to find our forever home. We fortunately found Jessica and were not disappointed! She was extremely helpful and highly responsive whether an email or a late phone call/text. We could not have been happier. She was able to negotiate with some very difficult sellers who lived out of state and gave us the advice we needed to win and purchase the house of our dreams. Without her guidance we would have been lost and we thankfully had her as our agent. We highly recommend Jessica for her helpful services!

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica worked very hard to sell our house. It is actually a 1920's vacation cottage located on waterfront property. We first listed it Summer of 2017. She hosted several open houses to jump-start things only to have a "100 year flood" hit. While the cottage itself survived unscathed, the water destroyed the lawn - prompting us to take the property off the market until Spring 2018. Jessica started the process from scratch this Spring, again jump starting with open houses. After feedback from potential buyers that our price was high, Jessica steered us to a more effective/realistic price. As a direct result of an open house we ended up with three offers and received nearly 100% of the adjusted asking price. We appreciated Jessica's hard work, perseverance and positive attitude. She definitely earned her commission! We strongly recommend Jessica.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Jessica Anthony to all my friends and family! I am very pleased with Jessica in helping us to find a new home. She did a wonderful job start to finish. We were relocating to the area and needed an agent that knows the area well. We only had a few days each trip (we made 2 trips to Illinois) to find our dream home. Jessica gave us numerous options that matched our specific criteria. Each time we visited the area she scheduled multiple home tours using the best possible route since our time was limited. We decided on a great home in a perfect location that works with our active lifestyle. Jessica was there every step of the way. Her recommendations in a home inspector and attorney only helped make the home buying process that much smoother. Since we were out of state, we needed an agent that would be there for us 100%. Jessica far exceeded that. She was easy to get a hold of when questions would arise, handled all the little things that came up and made the whole process painless and enjoyable. If you are looking for an agent that would go to bat for you, do not hesitate to give Jessica a call!

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking at many properties over a wide geographic area. Jessica was always pleasant as well as professional in keeping up with my many viewing requests. When I finally selected my property, she stayed on top of all the details and brought my purchase to a pleasantly successful conclusion. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for property in the northern Illinois area. ************************************** Above was regarding my purchase of a townhouse in 2017. Less than a year later, and I needed to sell, as I was able to move back to the city. Jessica managed to provide me with many pointers to insure that my asking price was met, since it was reflecting extensive upgrades to the property. She kept me from making mistakes, as well as getting everything to work with the buyer. She was as phenomenal as I expected her to be. I will be referring her to any and all that I know , looking for property in the Lake & McHenry counties of Illinois. Definitely use her if you want an easy, enjoyable sell/purchase experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was outstanding! She was very understanding, patient and helpful. Being a new home buyer, she gave us information on a grant that helps buyers like us. Which was a huge help when we got to the closing table. She showed us numerous homes in the McHenry and Lake County area. When we finally decided to put in an offer on a home, she explained the offer in detail, answered all our questions and concerns, negotiated the contract in our favor and made sure that we got the best price for the home. She also had recommendations for home inspectors as well as lenders to help with the process. Jessica made the home buying process very smooth and less stressful. She was with us every step of the way and very responsive to all my questions. I would recommend Jessica to all my friends and family! 5 stars all the way!!!

ZillowVERIFIED this was our first move, and I've never really had any experience with real estate brokers, I was referred to Jessica by word-of-mouth, and I was glad to have her help. I would have given her five stars in everything, if I was really familiar with this process. As it is, i'm kind of a "do-it-myselfer", and had already researched many of the homes I wanted to see. Jessica was great in helping me with the driving to each of the homes, and she did have some other beautiful homes to share besides the ones I had picked previously. She was fantastic at getting back to me anytime I had questions! She was easy going and fun to talk too. I enjoyed all the times I spent with her. :)

ZillowVERIFIED Although I am not looking to sell or buy a home at this time, I needed some specific information on the real estate market in McHenry. Jessica was eager to help, knowledgeable, and really helped to lower my stress level! My Mom was one of the best realtor's in Crystal Lake (Millie Luttrell), so I have pretty high standards. Jessica is at the top of my list. I highly recommend her. Janice Luttrell

ZillowVERIFIED With Jessica's expertise, we received a contract on our home in 7 days! Before we listed, she listened to our concerns, offered excellent advice and helped us negotiate that contract to our best advantage. She was by our side to explain the various procedures guiding us through the closing. Jessica also helped us buy our next home, once again helping us through the negotiating process, the home inspection and the closing. Both closings were on the same day, 2 hours apart and Jessica was at our side through both. Thank you for all your work on our behalf!

ZillowVERIFIED My fiancA(C)e and I began casually searching for a home on Zillow earlier this year. I initially reached out to one real estate agent who had gotten some rather favorable reviews to try to schedule some walk throughs on some properties we were interested in, however, their follow up was horrible. Fortunately, I found Jessica Anthony. Jessica is everything we could've asked for in an agent and more. She was attentive and thorough. She responded quickly to phone calls, e-mails, and texts. She was not high pressure and let us search at our own pace but also made herself available whenever our schedule dictated. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area (McHenry/Crystal Lake) that we were interested in. My fiancA(C)e and I had already developed a pretty good idea of what we wanted, Jessica just made the process even easier and more enjoyable. Her recommendations and insight were welcome and helpful. Everything from who to finance through to which real estate attorney to use, Jessica's recommendations worked out wonderfully. We really had no idea otherwise. Thanks to her guidance, we're now homeowners and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Jessica without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I give Jessica a 5 star rating:). If it weren't for my random phone call to Jessica, we wouldn't have our beautiful home. Let me tell you why: I had called Jessica about a home in which I was interested; Jessica informed me the home of interest had mold issues, and she asked if I was interested in any other homes; at that time, the home in which I was interested was off the market. She asked if she could reach out to the seller's realtor even though the home was off the market. I agreed. The rest is history:). The sellers agreed to do a showing while the home was off the market, and after a series of negotiations, we received a fair price and were able to purchase our beautiful home. Jessica additionally helped us sell our home and close on both homes the same week. Jessica's diligence, professionalism and wisdom makes her worthy of the 5 star rating. You won't be disappointed if you choose Jessica for your realtor. Thanks again, Jessica!

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was very supportive on our concerns and ideas pertaining to the best way to sell our house. The pictures taken along with the description of our property and condition exemplified our pride and care we had taken in our home in the 35 years we had lived in our home. I would recommend using B&W and Jessica to those who would be in the market to sell. Having sold in less than a week was a pleasant feeling to say the least!
