We did not have a good experience working with Susan Dolan and we would not recommend to her to anyone. Lack of communication, poor negotiating skills and questionable judgement are just a few of the examples. There seems to be many brokers out there that have their client's best interest at heart, I recommend searching for one of those. Good luck.

I should have written this a long time ago but got busy with moving and plans to build after Susan sold our home on Lake Norman. Susan is the best real estate agent. Responsive, knowledgable, people smart and a strategic negotiator. A high integrity individual with a team of support vendors who can help during the selling phases. I could not recommend someone more and would give her 10 stars if possible.
