ZillowVERIFIEDWe did not have a good experience working with Susan Dolan and we would not recommend to her to anyone. Lack of communication, poor negotiating skills and questionable judgement are just a few of the examples. There seems to be many brokers out there that have their client's best interest at heart, I recommend searching for one of those. Good luck.

ZillowVERIFIED I should have written this a long time ago but got busy with moving and plans to build after Susan sold our home on Lake Norman. Susan is the best real estate agent. Responsive, knowledgable, people smart and a strategic negotiator. A high integrity individual with a team of support vendors who can help during the selling phases. I could not recommend someone more and would give her 10 stars if possible.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't have asked for a better real estate experience than what my wife and I experienced with Susan. She is very in tune with the area and always has her finger on the pulse of the local real estate market. She went above and beyond any expectations I had in getting our home sold and buying our new home. From the first showing to closing everything went as smooth as one could hope for. This was definitely the best real estate transaction I have ever had and will only use Susan in any future real estate endeavors!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan sold our home in Sailview in Denver. The sale took quite a while but the market was not good and we wanted to hold our price. We eventually split the boat slip from the house and it sold fairly quickly for an acceptable price. Susan was very knowledgeable of the local market and also did an excellent job of staging the house with her furniture after we moved out. She also had very professional photos taken. The house showed very well thanks to her staging, but some prospects had an issue with the slope of the back yard. Overall it was a pleasure working with Susan and overall very successful. I would be happy to work with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan is very professional with her dealings. She does a thorough walk through to help determine what may or may not need to be done in order to help the home sell. She keeps things very simple and lets her photography and video footage and her communication with the other realtors do the selling. I would highly recommend her and am thankful she made our experience of selling a home we loved so much an easy process.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan Dolan is the best realtor I have ever done business with by the largest of margins. She handled the buying of my home and a year later the selling of that home with the up'most professionalism. Many time Susan went above and beyond her responsibilities to help me. For example, after I moved into the house, she came over to pick up her For Sale sign. Inside my house she saw all the paintings I was about to hang up. I asked for her advice where to hang certain painting, she proceeded to help me plan where all the painting should be. As a bachelor, without her help i would have made the house look like a store. I am deeply graceful for all her advice and help. I highly recommend Susan Dolan as the best realtor in North Carolina.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was FANTASTIC to work with. Living in the area gave her great insight for neighborhood recommendations and a plethora of local knowledge. Being first time home buyers this was a new experience for us and she walked us through each step of the process. Every time we needed a question answered or a new idea came to mind she was always just a phone call away. Susan was able to negotiate a fair price for our home that was within our budget making sure we got the most for our dollar. She went above and beyond making sure our new house felt like home by placing flowers, a door mat, and a new front porch swing to welcome us!!! We would recommend Susan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was great to work with and will do a great job for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan Dolan is a dedicated realtor. She takes the time to get to know you and your personal style and then works diligently to find you a home that meets your criteria. She helped me sell my house and find another one. My house was under contract in 9 days because of the way she advertises and the great pictures that she takes of your home. She has professional decorating experience as well and can help de-clutter your home and help with decorating to attract buyers to your home. She is very responsive and goes out of her way to help you on selling and buying. I have recommended Susan to friends and she has helped them sell their homes in record time as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was our realtor for both the sales and the buy side of our homes. We listed our home in the spring of 2011 during one of the most significant downturns in the housing market. She very quickly was able to assess the market for pricing and in getting the house ready to show. She has excellent staging, marketing and decorative abilities and our house had many favorable showings with a lot of competition in our market. During that time she sold our home and helped us find the new upscale home we were looking for and helped in negotiating and executing the purchase and close. With Susan you will get a personable, dedicated, energetic and responsive professional and a realtor that you can feel comfortable with either buying and/or selling your home! Regards, David & Susan

ZillowVERIFIED Susan provided me with a expert opinion of things that once completed would raise my property to a much higher value. She provided me with a list of qualified and licensed contractors that got the work done, on time and budget. She is an expert at arranging staging to show the house in its best light.

ZillowVERIFIED I was introduced to Susan through a different realtor. She was very good at finding relevant housing, and we had the opportunity to see quite a few houses in the area. Despite some aggravations on the part of the seller, Susan made the process relatively pain free. The house closed within two months of the start of negotiations, and I am very happy with it.If you're looking for a house in the Denver area you can't go wrong.
