At the beginning of my contract with him, I told him that he was my coach and he assured me he had a great teamaEUR|and WOW!, he wasnt kidding! In very short order: he converted the large bedroom back to the original 2, had new carpeting installed throughout, had the interior walls repainted, the house deep-cleaned, the outside area, landscaping and shed tidied up, installed garden solar lighting, had the driveway re-sealed, and even dealt with unforeseen plumbing, electrical and fireplace repairs. All the while being very judicious with costs. At no time was I ever stressed or concerned. He is also incredibly proficient with advertising on multiple social media platforms AND knows how to properly describe the homes attributes, determine the best asking price and get the seller through the various stages of closing. He absolutely knows how to quickly get a house in prime condition and soldaEUR|he gets it done and gets it sold!! My house was on the market for 7 days and I received 2 offers for the full asking price.
