Ryan was a wonderful agent to work with. We went into our home buying experience without a real estate agent, so in the end Ryan became a dual agent, working for us and for the sellers. I do not believe that this experience could have been any better. This was our first time purchasing a home. Ryan was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgable. He was available at all hours of the day and quickly answered any questions for us that we had, and did so in a patient manner (we had a lot of questions!) While there was a bump in the road, Ryan took the initiative to find a solution that was satisfactory to both parties in the transaction. The process became smooth, quick, and simple, as Ryan handled everything for us. He not only took care of the home buying process for us in an impressive way, but he also celebrated our life step with us, providing personalized touches after closing that really demonstrated his passion for helping people create a life, not just purchase a home. Ryan went above and beyond the expectations of a real estate agent to make our first home buying experience wonderful. Without a doubt, we will use Ryan in our future. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.
