Mike Meyer truly is THE concierge real estate agent! I left Ohio the morning after my movers packed up everything and he did as he promised without constantly calling me about the small stuff. At the beginning of my contract with him, I told him that he was my coach and he assured me he had a great teamaEUR|and WOW!, he wasnt kidding! In very short order: he converted the large bedroom back to the original 2, had new carpeting installed throughout, had the interior walls repainted, the house deep-cleaned, the outside area, landscaping and shed tidied up, installed garden solar lighting, had the driveway re-sealed, and even dealt with unforeseen plumbing, electrical and fireplace repairs. All the while being very judicious with costs. At no time was I ever stressed or concerned. He is also incredibly proficient with advertising on multiple social media platforms AND knows how to properly describe the homes attributes, determine the best asking price and get the seller through the various stages of closing. He absolutely knows how to quickly get a house in prime condition and soldaEUR|he gets it done and gets it sold!! My house was on the market for 7 days and I received 2 offers for the full asking price.

He re-branded the listing worked his marketing campaign and the house was sold/closed in under 45 days. Review Super friendly. Very knowledgeable about everything even things you would not consider to be his expertise like the structure of things such as the roof and plumbing. Always answered any phone calls or returned them immediatly. Sent work we needed done to various contractors he new to see what they would charge to fix them and negotiated that with the sellers. Had great mortgage contacts. He made the whole process very smooth and easy for us which was more than wonderful because our last 2 realtors (1 didn't even show up to the listing we scheduled with him and the other didn't seam to know much about anything and just kept urging us to but the piece of crap we were looking at) from different companies did not treat us well. Was just super helpful with everything and if we had a question, he made sure to answer it and explain it in ways we could understand.

Review I gave Mike 6 months to sell my house in July of 2015, which was a big mistake. I feel he listed it, then sat back and hoped another realtor would sell it for him. He brought one person to look at it. Only one, and this was on the same day that I chastised him for not bringing anyone through himself. Frankly, I think the elderly lady that he brought was another realtor, friend or family member because it was very unusual how quickly he produced her, then he said she was extremely interested, and that's the last we heard about her. I chose Mike because he listed my neighbor's house and sold it in just a couple of days. In hindsight, I think this was just luck on my neighbor's part. Perhaps Mike was good a few years ago, but I think now he is operating on auto pilot and I was very disappointed with him and would not recommend him to anyone.

In a down market he had showings nearly every day and several open houses with great traffic.
