Invalesco Real Estate

My experience with Terri James was amazing and she went above and beyond numerous times. She was very thorough in explaining things to me with frequent updates, reminders on the entire process. I had a somewhat lengthy search for a condo due to my divorce process but Terri hung in there with me. She was adept at negotiating for items or terms I needed. When my loan application was floundering she found an amazing loan officer who was able to get it down in record time thus keeping me on my time line!

Terri has been our realtor for a long time. She helped us sell our house in Baker neighborhood to buy another one that fit our needs as a growing family, and helped us find that one that we thought would be our forever home until we ended up moving to Hawaii for work. And she helped us sell that one for enough to buy a home in Hawaii, which is no small feat. Then when family needs drew us back to Colorado, she helped us find our definite forever home. We're done moving, except feet-first in a box, and then this house will pass to our kiddo, who she basically watched grow up. I love this house and I love what we paid for it. Through all of the chaos, she has been there, a voice of reassurance and has really done an amazing job at selling when it was a buyers market, helping us buy when it was a sellers market, and listening to what we were looking for. She was a master at staging and navigating the frenetic hurry-up-and-wait life that is trying to sell a house and buy another house. Unless someone is independently wealthy, the world of real estate is a difficult stressful world to experience and a stressful time to go through. Terri was such a skillful navigator each time that it was as low-stress as anything like that could ever be and I can't imagine using anyone else.

Terri was super helpful in both selling and buying our home in Denver. She was quick to respond and explained things thoroughly. She was a pleasure to work with and would do so again.

We had a wonderful experience with Terri. She helped us sell our home at the right time and quickly! She had great suggestions and lead us every step of the way. She also does really nice things for you like bring you girls scout cookies, pie on pie day, and the nifty white erasers!!!

I had the pleasure of working alongside Terri on several occasions, and I was truly impressed by her dedication and professionalism. She always goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for everyone involved. Her communication was clear, timely, and respectful. She always shows a genuine commitment with a genuine smile. Out of many realtors I have worked with she has made one of the best impressions. If youre looking for a realtor whos knowledgeable, approachable, and truly cares about her clients and partners, I would highly recommend Terri!
