She helped us sell our house in Baker neighborhood to buy another one that fit our needs as a growing family, and helped us find that one that we thought would be our forever home until we ended up moving to Hawaii for work. And she helped us sell that one for enough to buy a home in Hawaii, which is no small feat. Then when family needs drew us back to Colorado, she helped us find our definite forever home. We're done moving, except feet-first in a box, and then this house will pass to our kiddo, who she basically watched grow up. I love this house and I love what we paid for it. Through all of the chaos, she has been there, a voice of reassurance and has really done an amazing job at selling when it was a buyers market, helping us buy when it was a sellers market, and listening to what we were looking for. She was a master at staging and navigating the frenetic hurry-up-and-wait life that is trying to sell a house and buy another house. Unless someone is independently wealthy, the world of real estate is a difficult stressful world to experience and a stressful time to go through. Terri was such a skillful navigator each time that it was as low-stress as anything like that could ever be and I can't imagine using anyone else.
