Stephanie and Lanier property group quite literally saved the day for us. With a strange market and some other snafus we ran into while trying to sell our home, we reached the point of feeling like we had no hope. We decided to give it one final good push with Stephanie as our realtor and we are SO glad we did! We basically told her we had 3 weeks or it was getting listed for rent. Meredith did an outstanding job helping my partner and I find and purchase our first home! She eased a lot of our worries as first time home buyers and helped us to understand the home buying process as it was a new experience for us. Meredith was very willing to tour houses on our behalf (as we were located out of state) and gave very honest reviews and detailed videos/photos of each property. She had exceptional knowledge on the Wilmington area and took all of our ?musts? into consideration throughout the search.
