Especially with the real estate market being what it is right now, one has to be very quick on one's feet: everything, from start to finish, requires an expertise of what one is looking at and what one might not be seeing; an understanding of the times we live in and how to navigate all of that with texts, emails, e-documents, video calls and old-fashioned calls, and Stephanie has that, in spades, with her exemplary team. From her recommendations for the pertinent experts needed to help us get through a relatively short due diligence period thanks to the winter holidays, to securing a closing attorney very near to our present home, to recommending a seller's agent to help us sell our home in Raleigh, and working with our own preferred lender, Stephanie has been organized, responsive and intuitive; the Group's automated MLS- emails sent several times a day as soon as properties hit the market in Wilmington is a crucial asset, and it was because of that we literally dropped everything and drove 2 hours to go to an open house, and by the next day, the property was under contract, with us.
