Intracoastal Realty

We were so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Caroline on both the purchase and sale of my daughter's home in Wilmington. She knows the area and the market extremely well and both transactions closed quickly and effortlessly. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs you have. Thanks so much Caroline!

Sarah and her team did a fantastic job advising improvement to the house that would help it sell. They also did a great job of pushing back on "lowball" offers and talking through negotiation strategies when reasonable offers were made.

Caroline is awesome! Very knowledgeable, gives her honest opinion when asked, explains everything in detail, listens to her clients. It will be a no brainer to use her when we look to purchase our next home.

Sarah did her clients a disservice as a listing agent. She told my agent she would not accept a verbal offer from us then when we wanted to make a full price offer she said a verbal offer had been accepted by someone else. She also sold my agent we were really far apart when we were 4K apart. She did her clients a disservice and I would not ever recommend her!

Caroline was great! She knows the area well, recommended the offer we presented to the sellers, and we got the house. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.
