ZillowVERIFIEDSarah did her clients a disservice as a listing agent. She told my agent she would not accept a verbal offer from us then when we wanted to make a full price offer she said a verbal offer had been accepted by someone else. She also sold my agent we were really far apart when we were 4K apart. She did her clients a disservice and I would not ever recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah and her team did a fantastic job advising improvement to the house that would help it sell. They also did a great job of pushing back on "lowball" offers and talking through negotiation strategies when reasonable offers were made.

ZillowVERIFIED The Sarah Harris team is indeed a team, and I was extrememly well-served from the listing agreement through the closing. Sarah was insightful about pricing, and knew the market very well. I was kept well-informed throughout the process. The house sold quickly above the listing price, and the Sarah Harris team secured all the services I needed to ready the house for its new owners. Whitney Carrington was especially helpful throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah Harris and her team were able to sell our little beach cottage during a pandemic. They never gave up marketing and showing our home, using their expertise to let other realtors in the area know about our little beauty! They were very good with communication, keeping us abreast with showings and feedback from those showings. They were able to negotiate the price that we wanted to get when an offer came to us. A big thanks to Sarah and her team for selling our home during a difficult and unusual time.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with! Her help and expertise made the sale of our beach property go smoothly, which was important as our family had suffered a serious health issue and had a lot to deal with at that time. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone buying or selling property!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah and her associate Lexy did a wonderful job marketing and selling our home (vacation/beach property). Our home had been listed with two other agents over a 3 year period before we listed with Sarah. In just 3 months time with Sarah we had an excellent offer to purchase. Sarah and Lexy offered great advice and always prompt response be it phone, email or texts on up through closing. Thanks Sarah and Lexy!

ZillowVERIFIED We started this process 2 years ago. Sarah met us, looked at several houses with us and we had no pressure to buy. We put an offer on a house but it fell through. Sarah assured us that something else would come along. We went home and didn't find anything until a year and a half later. I called Sarah, she still remembered us and we told her we had a house we wanted to see. She suggested we look at a few just to make sure. We did, made an offer and we have our beach house. Sarah was wonderful at recommending attorney's, inspections, repair workers, and anything else we had questions about. She truly was a blessing to us and we would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a place to rest your flip flops!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was fantastic in all areas in helping us sell our OIB canal home. She clearly knows more than anybody about OIB real estate and knew everything that was going on in the market. Sarah was extremely responsive, day and night, holidays etc - she needs to learn to cut her phone off - but that is really helpful when there is activity at your listing. We were also impressed with the other members of her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah worked with us for two years, as we tried to locate a house which would suit our future needs. At first we had general ideas about what we were looking for, but over time Sarah guided us to become more focused on what would be right for us. Her tremendous knowledge of the area and her expertise was evident throughout our search. Never did we feel pressured, but rather the opposite, as she showed us alternatives to what we may be interested in. By the time we had made our decision we felt very confident, comfortable and happy with our selection. Sarah did not stop with her help after the sale, but was always available to answer any questions about the local area and services. We considered ourselves very lucky to have found Sarah and would highly recommend her to anyone.Rick and Linda

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah's attention to detail before, during and after the real estate closing process was fantastic. I have bought and sold many parcels of property and I have never worked with non finer than Sarah. No one knows the Ocean Isle market better than she does. Being a foreclosure purchase, this transaction had a lot of bumps along the way and she smoothed then all out beautifully.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah worked so hard for us for years trying to find just the right situation for our second home needs. We always knew her knowledge of the area was unmatched by any other agents due to her years of experience and her time spent researching the surrounding markets and the industry in general. With over 40 + years of combined Mortgage experience as husband and wife, we demanded only the best and that is what we got with Sarah Harris. She is the whole Real Estate Package, tons of experience, knowledge of coastal investments and very discreet!!Lindsay Stewart
