Kathy was very helpful and good at helping us with getting our house. She was honest with the houses we did check out and she taught us a lot about the home buying process. And when it came time to start escrow with a short window, she was quick to get us the inspections. And during the inspections she was present so it gave us a sign of relief to make sure everything went smoothly. She is also very quick to respond to our message whenever we had any questions.
