ZillowVERIFIEDWe started our home search without a real estate agent and went to so many open houses where agents were trying to earn our business. The minute we met Gia at an open house, we instantly knew we wanted her to represent us. There was just something about her warmth, kindness, and genuine personality that immediately made us feel comfortable and cared for. She was welcoming, informative, down to earth, and truly seemed to care about helping us find the right home for our family. Throughout the entire process, Gia was always there for us. She answered every question we had, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. She was incredibly communicative, patient, and supportive, and you could tell she genuinely wanted the best for us. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly knows all the ins and outs of real estate. That gave us so much trust and confidence in her throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the Long Beach area was amazing, and honestly, we dont think we would have gotten the house we have without her guidance, dedication, and expertise. When we received the keys to our home, Gia also met our family, and they all absolutely loved her. She was so kind, welcoming, and genuine with every single one of us, which just meant so much during such a special moment for our family. We are beyond grateful that we chose Gia to represent us. Not only did we gain an incredible realtor, but someone we truly hope will be a lifelong friend. We absolutely love her and cannot recommend her enough. If you are looking for a real estate agent, do not hesitate to choose Gia!

ZillowVERIFIED Hands (and feet!) down to Kathy and Gia. It was scary for us jumping into such a big decision, buying a home. We saved $$ and waited and waited for the right time and the right place. When it finally came along, Kathy made the process so smooth. She gave valuable, professional advice, walked us through steps, answered all our questions no matter how big or small or silly it sounded, and was a call and text away at all times. We were comfortable talking about budget, finances and timing and never felt pressured. Our purchase had a lot of moving parts yet Kathys strategy and negotiation skills were seamless! This team pulled through and of course we got our dream home. Grateful for you guys.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy is a magician in her craft as a realtor. When we say she is bright, knowledgeable, kind, personable, VERY patient, and just a pleasure to work with it is honestly not an exaggeration. We were very fortunate to find her and Gia Silva of IntiRealty by chance through a podcast during the pandemic; (Livin Latina, Episode 5; Women in Real Estate, October 8, 2020). As I write this review it's occurring to me that it's been EXACTLY 3 years since I listened to this podcast episode to the day my husband found our home and we visited the open house. I was drawn in by Gias charisma, intelligence, and spicy energy and connected with Kathy immediately 3 years ago, wow - pure serendipity! When I say we were still trying to figure things out that is truly the understatement of the year; we had mountains of consumer and student loan debt didn't have a downpayment/emergency fund saved and wanted to simply inquire about what steps were needed to purchase a home as first-time home buyers. What we immediately loved about Kathy is that even though we did not have the money to start buying yet she took her time in guiding us through the process, the market, brought us in to the realty boutique to understand our needs, wants, negotiables, and non-negotiable. She listened to us and was empathetic, never pressing us or making us feel rushed to purchase. When the time came to put in an offer, she efficiently but gently guided us through the pre-approval process (we didn't have one at the start of our 21-day escrow, yikes!) by connecting us with the dream team - shout out to Jeff Wen - our lender- another VIP. Our escrow closed on time and Kathy was with us every step of the way- checking in and making sure everything went as planned and we were well. She was an amazing advocate for us and guided us through the very stressful bidding process. She and the team were so amazing that the sellers realtor, shout out to Josh Mendoza!, was so pleased to work with them- this made our process even more seamless. I'm full of such warm emotions as I conclude this review; thank you for all that you do Kathy- you have been a key ingredient in making our dreams come true. You NEED her on your team!!!! - the happy couple - forever clients Edwin and Karla Payes

ZillowVERIFIED Gia was highly recommended to me by a good friend. I have lived in my house for 30 years and it was emotional for me. Gia was always asking me if she could help me with anything. She made a difficult situation easier. She is professional, knowledgeable and personable. The transaction when very smoothly and closed on time. Gia and her transaction coordinator, Erika had patience with me and held my hand through it. Thank you ladies!!

ZillowVERIFIED Who can list a house at the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis, get 8 offers the first day on market over asking price and negotiate the chaos? Gia and her team. We went through 3 contracts for a variety of reasons and still manage to get the highest asking price. Every day there was a different issue to navigate and some new regulation, but through it all Gia and her team kept us informed. I'm not the easiest person to deal with but Gia managed my expectations with tactfulness, professionalism and lots of compassion. Buying or selling - give them a call and you'll see the difference.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Gia was truly a great experience. I had never worked with a real estate agent before and wasn't quite sure what to expect. She took care of everything right from the beginning like letting us know what to fix up to handling all business matters. She made this as stress-free a process as possible. She even provided a shoulder to cry on and words of encouragement when emotions about leaving our home of the past 11 years took over. She is the ultimate professional who I now consider a friend. I will recommend her to everyone and anyone looking for a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Originally, I had spoken with Gia approx. two years ago, and I let her know that I would be selling at some point in the future. I had given her a 2-5 year time frame, and Gia followed up with me every 6 months or so. Gia never resorted to high pressure tactics, instead, she was always pleasant and genuinely interested in our family news & updates whenever we spoke. Working with Gia Silva was absolutely effortless and the best experience with a Real Estate Professional I've had over the past 25 years. Gia took care of everything from the moment we made the difficult decision to sell our beloved beach condo. Gia was consistently calm and professional and always a pleasure to deal with, and I'm a difficult and very demanding man. We listed our property with INTI and Gia marketed the property in an extremely professional manner. She provided a professional photographer for the marketing campaign, which included Social Media platforms as well as traditional real estate methods. Gia hosted a very successful Open House which resulted in immediate numerous offers, and an accepted offer well above asking price within a week. In an industry where you can work with a vast number of Realtors, Gia understands that Service and Marketing not only result in a smooth and successful transaction, but more importantly, they keep the buyer comfortable during a stressful situation. If you are going to work with a RE Professional, why not work with the best? DH

ZillowVERIFIED James and Gia helped us sell our home this year. It was an incredibly stressful experience because we were in escrow 3 times before the deal went through. I was incredibly anxious during this process but James and Gia remained calm and steady, they were always optimistic and positive that the house would get sold. They helped us get through the process with our sanity intact. We loved working with them so much we called them first when we decided to buy our next home, and we're now in escrow on our dream home. Gia's marketing skills are amazing, from the advertising, the photography, the video, the open houses, all were superior to other agents that I've seen in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Inti Realty is the best realtor company to hire. Between Gia and Jimmy the level of professionalism and dedication is admirable. Bought my first home with them and the process could not have gone smoother. They were there to listen to any concerns I had about being a first time home buyer and reassured me they were looking out for my best interest. They took care of every little detail a first time buyer could skip out on or be taken advantage by other realtors. I am so grateful to have met the team at Inti Realty and will continue to use and recommend their services in the future. Keep up the hard work guys and thank you for integrity.

ZillowVERIFIED Gia and James recently helped my mother sell the home she has lived in for over 50 years. We (my mother and me) could not have been more impressed with their expert analysis and transactional skill, and with the sound and careful advice they provided throughout the process. The home sold quickly, and for a great price. At the same time, their kind care of my mother and the compassion they showed throughout the process was amazing. They thoroughly explained the various steps to my mother, and they were were responsive to every inquiry. They went above and beyond in guiding my mother through the transaction and making what could have been a difficult experience for her into a positive experience. If you are looking for expert professionals to get the job done, and still to be pleasant and caring in the process, look no further -- Gia and James have a rare combination of expertise and compassion.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were looking for someone to help us buy our new home together. We first met Gia and James at an open house. They were very warm & friendly. We decided to have them as our realtors. They were very knowledgeable and they explained the process step by step. We felt very comfortable with them. I bought other properties before and escrow was always a stressful time but not with Gia, she took care of everything. We didnt even feel like we were in escrow as it all went very smooth. We always recommend Gia and James to our friends and co workers. Even after the process was completed we still continue to be good friends. They didnt just finish the deal and never contact us again, they built a relationship, and even provided us legal advice when we had an issue with our previous landlord. If you are looking to buy or sell your home I definitely recommend Gia & James.

When we were ready we phoned them. They arrived totally prepared with a video person and photographer who was absolutely fabulous! ZillowVERIFIED Gia and James Silva helped us concurrently buy and sell our home. From the very beginning I knew we were in good hands. The marketing behind the sale of our home helped us get an offer above asking, and their negotiating skills helped us get a great purchase price on the new home. Both transactions were smooth and seamless. Best of all, we were treated like family, not just a client. Without a doubt, we would work with Inti Realty again and we highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Inti for everything you've done for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Let me start off by saying my wife and i cant thank James, Gia, and the whole team at Inti Realty enough. I was in a tough situation in that i needed to find a new home to live in and Fast! I had been previously renting for the past ten years and the landlord decided to suddenly sell the home. Inti Realty came highly recommended by two of my sons who have purchased homes through Inti and i have to say it was the best decision we ever made. James and Gia were able to find the right home, in the area we wanted to live in and were even able to get it below market value. Because of there attentiveness they were able to streamline all communication and negotiate in such an effective way that our offer was accepted in 2 days and we opened escrow that same week! Not only did they find the right home for us, at the right price, and close the sale quickly but there expertise on the legal side of this whole processes is what truly made the difference, James and Gia made sure our rights as tenants were fully respected by our landlord and it made the transition and moving process as stress free as possible given the situation. James and Gia not only helped us buy a home, they gave us peace of mind and fought for us every step of the way. They have our highest recommendation

ZillowVERIFIED Words cannot describe the excellent work that Inti Realty (Gia, James, and Erick) did on our behalf in selling our home. More so, than any other Realtor that we met and who offered to sell our home, Inti Realty were really interested in our home, explained the different modes of selling a home, and at the end of the day, got top dollar for our home. Throughout the process of selling our home, Inti Realty kept us informed on the progress of the sale. When it was necessary that we met in person, they always arrived at our house on time, and made the experience as socially pleasurable as possible. Inti Realty also did other things that other Realtor's rarely do. Among these were: They opened our house to neighbors and catered refreshments for them; They organized and catered a farewell party for us, inviting our local neighbors and friends; They helped with the loading of a container so that our belongings could be shipped abroad; They brought us to tears, when they presented us with an 18" x 24" canvass 'keepsake' picture of our home. They Gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate the closing of Escrow. Thank you so, so, so, so much Gia, James, and Erick.

Although we were in a short sale and the process was very long and frustrating the Inteam endured along with us and constantly reassured us that we weren't in it alone. They put up with our gripes, a million questions and concerns, 3 final walk-throughs, and the emotional strain of the process, and in the end were there to greet us and welcome us into our first home. ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Inti Realty was extremely pleasant. From day one, Gia and James both chat with us to determine the best location for our new home. They explained carefully the procedure of buying a home (especially as a first time home buyer) and they are honest to explain what are the best options when purchasing a home. They also asked us about work location, family plans, hobbies and likes so they will satisfy our needs. Gia and James take the initiative to drive to the areas of interest and have a constant communication of the house search. We (my wife and I) feel like Gia did the entire work to find our perfect home and location. She really makes sure that her clients are happy. She works fast. The day that Gia found our home, she contacted us right away to go see the house, my wife and I had to go in different days due to our work, but she was there on time and happy to show us a potential house to buy on separate days. Once we told her that we wanted that house, she was on top of everything, submitting the offer as soon as possible. Even though there was another potential buyer who offered cash (our competition) somehow she talked to the sellers and somehow she convinced them to accept our offer, and they ACCEPTED IT. In order to finish the home buying procedure, she made any arrangements to meet us anywhere and anytime. Not only we found the best realtors, we made really good friends as well.

ZillowVERIFIED James and Gia are an amazing team with a passion not only to assist their clients with their real estate needs but also educate them throughout the entire process. My husband and I weren't sure if we would ever be home owners because everything about buying a home just seemed so complicated but this team made our dream a reality. When I met Gia for the first time she was so professional and knowledgeable and she had answers to all my questions and really made me feel at ease. When I got home my husband couldn't believe that the words "maybe we can actually buy a home" came out of my mouth because I was the one who said it would never happen because we couldn't afford it. All four of us met for dinner a couple weeks later and my husband and I knew that the perfect real estate team was on our corner and that we would be home owners. My husband and I had a 5 year plan to save money and really prepare for what would be the biggest purchase of our life but James and Gia had a different plan and 3 1/2 months later they handed us the key to our beautiful home in Yorba Linda. They were on it and they did all the work and all we did was show up to see the homes they thought we would like. This team works so hard and their only concern was that we were satisfied, they paid attention to all our needs and they stuck to our list of must haves. What we appreciated most is that they were honest and transparent, they would tell us what they were doing and would check in with us as they moved along and even though sometimes the news wasn't pleasant they always had a solution for us. They made us feel like we were their only clients because they were always there when we needed something. We bought our home over a year ago but we can still reach out to them and they are always happy to answer our questions. My husband and I look forward to working with this team again!

ZillowVERIFIED Gia and Jimmy are a dynamic team. They helped my wife and me purchase our first home together. In addition to being very experienced and well credentialed (They both have broker's licenses and Jimmy is a licensed attorney), they were committed to helping us to purchase the home we wanted and not take what was readily available. Gia literally said "no, this is not what you want" when my wife and I were prepared to settle, after a long few weeks of searching. It's been three years since our move-in date, and my wife and I, and now our two children, have made many memories in our home. We could not be happier. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone seeking a home in the Southern California area.
