We worked with Mike and his company for a few years. First, he helped us rent out our house and managed the property while we worked overseas. We had a few issues with the water boiler and garage opener, which had to be exchanged, and he took care of it promptly. Two years after renting the property out, we decided to sell our house, and Mike took care of the transition from rental to the market scene with all that it entails as updates and marketing. The video of the house walk-through on YouTube was impressive and our favourite as an advertisement element. However, we thought omitting our house's valuable outdoor features, such as a balcony with a view, patio and courtyard, was a missed opportunity for viewers (including the family and friends we shared this video with ?). Anyway, all went according to the timeline, which is impressive: We decided to sell, then, just over two weeks, went to get appliances updated, walls painted, new floors installed, and the property staged by Mikes team and contractors. All the marketing was prepared, and we were asked to be involved if interested. The house went on the market, and on the second day, Mike hosted a brokers open house and a public Open House a few days later. After 7 days on the market, we received several strong offers, all above the aEURoeasking priceaEUR?. After ten days on the market, we went under the contract. Just over 3 weeks after that, weve closed on our property. It was three days ago. Mike's team organised closing: we could do it without coming over, which was very convenient. Coordinating overseas apostilles and most signings as electronic documents was very efficient. We highly recommend Mikes team for any real estate needs. He is a local seasoned agent who knows the area and the market well and keeps himself informed on countrywide trends and developments. And he has the best people working along his side.
