We had a few issues with the water boiler and garage opener, which had to be exchanged, and he took care of it promptly. Two years after renting the property out, we decided to sell our house, and Mike took care of the transition from rental to the market scene with all that it entails as updates and marketing. The video of the house walk-through on YouTube was impressive and our favourite as an advertisement element. However, we thought omitting our house's valuable outdoor features, such as a balcony with a view, patio and courtyard, was a missed opportunity for viewers (including the family and friends we shared this video with ?). Anyway, all went according to the timeline, which is impressive: We decided to sell, then, just over two weeks, went to get appliances updated, walls painted, new floors installed, and the property staged by Mikes team and contractors. All the marketing was prepared, and we were asked to be involved if interested. The house went on the market, and on the second day, Mike hosted a brokers open house and a public Open House a few days later. After 7 days on the market, we received several strong offers, all above the aEURoeasking priceaEUR?. After ten days on the market, we went under the contract. Just over 3 weeks after that, weve closed on our property. It was three days ago. Mike's team organised closing: we could do it without coming over, which was very convenient. Coordinating overseas apostilles and most signings as electronic documents was very efficient. We highly recommend Mikes team for any real estate needs. He is a local seasoned agent who knows the area and the market well and keeps himself informed on countrywide trends and developments. And he has the best people working along his side.

ZillowVERIFIED Through Mike, we have sold and bought property and employed his property management services. Having worked with other excellent agents, no one has yet to come close to Mike. I havent found an agent who can match his expertise and experience. Add in some top-notch professionalism and an excellent team, and youd be hard-pressed to find a better agent. Our most recent transaction is one of the most complicated transactions youll ever hear. I gave Mike a very tough task of selling one of our properties with tenants still under lease. Mike came up with an extremely creative plan where we were able to place the property on the market and keep the tenants happy. Mike was able to garner offers over the propertys fair market value. During escrow, there were some significant delays from the other side of the transaction, but we trusted Mike and his team, and we felt little to no stress. About a week before the close of escrow, there was a kitchen fire. With now having to deal with insurance, the buyer, contractors, and everything in between, Mike again came up with another creative plan, and unbelievably, he was still able to close on the property. He went above his normal duties to make sure we were well taken care of during an extremely stressful time, and well after closing. Mike and his team did some miraculous work, and I can't imagine having any other agent on my side.

When our new construction home out-of-state was finished being built, we wanted to move our stuff out and just hand our keys over to a realtor that we can trust. Although there were a few realtors that checked these boxes, we chose Mike because he was friendly, personable, and had a good sense of humor. His personality stood out from the rest. When we had junk to get rid of, they even came out with their truck and hauled it away for us! We felt 100% comfortable handing him our keys and leaving CA. Did I mention this was all during a global pandemic? Mike and his team are trustworthy, honest, and very detail oriented. He was very responsive to all our questions through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and always presented the alternatives to us with any pros/cons. He didnt push us to make a decision a certain way, but gave us all the info to make our own decisions. The bay area real estate market is crazy, and it is great to have Mike and his team on your side if you are buying or selling a home!
