Mike did an amazing job guiding us through the home selling process. He made great suggestions for how to maximize our value without putting "too much" extra money into the home. He even had great people that he referred to us for a few jobs (house cleaning, painting etc). Mike gave us instruction and guidance from beginning to end of the process as it was our first time selling a home. He is an excellent communicator and more than anything knows how to "close the deal" which can be trickier than it looks sometimes in real estate. He follows the local market closely and it turned out his advice was spot on about what buyers want, and about pricing strategy.Mike was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. He has fully mastered modern tools -there was no *FAXing stuff* ! The end result was a great business deal for me, with a friendly and low-stress process.
