Mike represented me in selling the only home I have ever had, which I had been in for 25 years without doing much updating. I was fairly anxious about the whole process of clearing out, renovating and prepping my house for sale, particularly because I was relocating out of state. Mike told me I could simply hand him the keys and he would take care of things for me, and he did. I was very impressed with the contractors he used (for painting, flooring, landscaping and structural work). Mike consulted with me, advised me when there were decisions to be made, and kept me informed of progress during the preparation phase. I was able to be as involved as I wanted to, without feeling overwhelmed. When it was time to go to market, Mike handled the staging and photography and put together an impressive web site that drew multiple offers. He follows the local market closely and it turned out his advice was spot on about what buyers want, and about pricing strategy.Mike was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. He has fully mastered modern tools -there was no *FAXing stuff* ! The end result was a great business deal for me, with a friendly and low-stress process.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike did an amazing job guiding us through the home selling process. He made great suggestions for how to maximize our value without putting "too much" extra money into the home. He even had great people that he referred to us for a few jobs (house cleaning, painting etc). Mike gave us instruction and guidance from beginning to end of the process as it was our first time selling a home. He is an excellent communicator and more than anything knows how to "close the deal" which can be trickier than it looks sometimes in real estate. Mike is a great realtor and you would be lucky to have him on your side. Also he is a really nice guy and very thoughtful which is always an added bonus!

ZillowVERIFIED When my Brother-in-Law suddenly passed away, I was placed into a position of traveling from the Maryland to California to take care of my sister, who has dementia, and all of the Estate issues, including the sale of the house and Estate, cleaning and getting the house ready to sell and other issues so that I could bring my sister back East with me. A friend suggested I contact Mike...which was one of the best suggestions ever. He walked us through all the things we needed to do and helped arrange for an Estate seller, Stager, cleaning people and construction people and watched over them and the house when we returned back to Maryland.
