We were looking for a small inexpensive home to invest in as a rental, initially for our son to occupy. We considered quite a few, and made offers on a couple. We did this all remotely from across the country, coming to Iola only for the closing and move-in. Dana's knowledge of the local market and inventory was very helpful. She worked hard with seller's agents who weren't easy to work with, through multiple offers. She used technology effectively to get things done, including using text messaging to stay in touch, digital photos and video walk-throughs, electronic signing of documents, etc. Her relationships with local lenders, insurance agents, inspectors, and the title company kept things moving along and avoided delays. We would recommend her to anyone!

Derrik did an amazing job of taking us through the process of buying our home. He took us through it step-by-step and checked in often to help keep things moving along. The home needed some work done before the closing, and he went above and beyond to facilitate that being completed to fit our needs. He was a great source of information, and support all along the way. We could not be happier with the job he did. In relation to other sales he has completed, ours was small potatoes. But we did not feel he gave us any less effort than those other properties. Professional and personable, I would highly recommend!
