Gari did a fabulous job assisting us the the purchase of our latest rental property! She's the best! She was very prompt and thorough working through all the details of the property and excellent on the negotiation with the seller. We are excited to work with her again on all of our future rental properties!

So Glad Gari came on board to sell my home. She was informative, instructive, and objective. She had a plan and the plan was to sell! As a seller, I did everything Gari recommended to sell the property, and my home sold within 30 days! Thank you, Gari! She knows the market!

Gari was absolutely amazing, and such a sweet lady. When we didnt understand something she explained it very well. She made the stressful process a lot smoother. We will be using her in the future. I will recommend Gari to all my family and friends.
