My brothers and I had to sell our family home (of 46 years) after our mother passed away. We interviewed several agents and selected Dave because of his gentle and sensitive approach to our situation and his impressive marketing presentation. It was one of the best decision we made. Dave made great suggestions on how to stage our mid century house beautifully with the furniture we had and no cash outlay. He developed impressive marketing material and was aggressive in his marketing strategy which resulted in a huge turnout at our first and only open house. It didn't hurt that he was serving tacos on the back patio! We had four offers in four days and ended up with buyers and a deal we were very happy with. Dave walked us through every step of the process with clarity. He provided detailed written communication and conference calls for the three siblings that lived out of the area to keep everyone in the loop and included. I cannot recommend Dave highly enough!
