What a wonderful experience we had with Kristi in the purchase of our new home! Not only was she professional, timely and experienced, she was also naturally friendly and extremely patient as we had very specific criteria that we were looking for. Kristi accommodated us in every way possible, with quick showings, multiple showings and also the helped us to understand the overview of neighborhoods since we came from out of state. Her immediate responses for every care and question we had really made for a pleasant and personal experience.

Kristi did a great job and was a pleasure to work with, she followed through right to the end with answers and following up with making sure all the deadlines hit their mark. I would absolutely recommend Kristi to anyone new looking for someone to represent them on either side of the table.

Kristi is an exceptional realtor. She is willing to meet with you on your schedule and has a thorough knowledge of housing availability and market in a broad area surrounding Prescott, Prescott Valley, and beyond. She listens to what you say you are desiring and maintains excellent communication with you, answering questions and guiding you step by step throughout the process of acquiring your new home. Kristi is completely trustable to collaborate effectively with you to find your new home, my family highly recommends her for all your real estate needs.

Kristi did an excellent job helping me find and buy an amazing house. She kept me informed as the closing process continued. She went out of her way having to deal with the sellers agent. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Amazing is the best way to describe Kristi, the attention to detail, her willingness to help with the sell of my house made it so easy to do. If you are looking to buy or sell Kristi is the first person I would recommend.
