ZillowVERIFIEDKristi did an excellent job helping me find and buy an amazing house. She kept me informed as the closing process continued. She went out of her way having to deal with the sellers agent. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED What a wonderful experience we had with Kristi in the purchase of our new home! Not only was she professional, timely and experienced, she was also naturally friendly and extremely patient as we had very specific criteria that we were looking for. Kristi accommodated us in every way possible, with quick showings, multiple showings and also the helped us to understand the overview of neighborhoods since we came from out of state. Her immediate responses for every care and question we had really made for a pleasant and personal experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Our family will never forget the amazing experience we had working with Kristi!! She has been fantastic! She has followed along in our home buying journey over the past few years, keeping in touch with us as we were not quite ready to buy yet. She made the whole process comfortable for us to buy when the time was right for us. She has been a wealth of knowledge throughout the home purchasing process. She treats her clients like family and has become much more than just our realtor. She understands the Prescott/Prescott Valley market very well as she is local herself, which really supports us in our transition moving to the area. We can't wait to raise our kids in this beautiful home and area! She is so great that we are recommending my mother-in-law work with her when she will be buying a house there next. Thank you Kristi!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi did an amazing job helping us find the house we bought and make sure all of the important details during the purchase were taken care of properly, including many things I would have missed or ignored. She also negotiated a few items that I thought were probably hopeless, and we ended up getting almost all of them. I highly recommend her as an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi is a wonderful agent to work with. You definitely feel that she "is in your corner". She helped us purchase a property for our non-profit to help women who are survivors of human trafficking. Kristi brings both professionalism and warmth to the experience. She is also extremely attentive to all of the details!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi workedvery hard to get people to explore our property. She held open houses and did a really fine job with the online video presentation. She also helped us unravel the multiple items that had to occur before escrow could be closed. Very happy with her effort on our part.

ZillowVERIFIED Were first-time buyers in our senior years, and we had no idea how to buy a house. We didn't have a large budget, but Kristi took us on and held our hands throughout the whole process. She was always patient and available when we had questions or concerns, and she made buying our first home easy. Her professionalism and incredible attitude are remarkable, and she has the most wonderful smile. We highly recommend Kristi if you are in the market to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was an awesome realtor to work with. This was my fifth time using a realtor, and she was by far the best! My wife and I were all over the proverbial map when looking at various houses, and Kristi was patient and encouraging with us while we narrowed down what we wanted. Throughout the entire process, she made herself available, had GREAT communication skills, and answered any questions that we had. I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi helped us identify and purchase a 1031 exchange investment property in Prescott Valley. Her availability and attention to detail was invaluable. We identified the property and closed escrow well within our timeline. We appreciated the inspector and other vendors Kristi brought in to evaluate our property. Kristin and her "team" made us feel good about our purchase. I would recommend Kristi to anyone who is interested in purchasing property in the Prescott area.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was great to work with! She is knowledgeable about the area and real estate transactions in general. We felt like she was always advocating for our best interest. She was responsive and always there when we needed her. Kristi would check on the progress of our purchase and notify us immediately when something needed our attention. She recommended a home inspection even though the home was new. The inspector found a few things that needed repaired. We loved working with her and highly recommend her if you are buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED We would like to commend Kristi for her dedication and commitment to helping us find our new home. Her knowledge and complete grasp on the housing market in Prescott, and the surrounding communities are incredible! On July 4, 2024, my wife and I seized the opportunity to drive to AZ in search of our new home. We were introduced to Kristi while on the drive to AZ, and we kept in communication advising her of our extremely tight schedule and time restraints. Despite being a holiday, she unselfishly extended every courtesy and professional assistance to us. Thanks to Kristi, within a 24 hour period we viewed multiple properties, and found our beautiful home! In the days to follow, Kristi continued to support us, responding to any questions we had, and made the entire home purchasing process incredibly easy. We were truly blessed to have Kristi as our Realtor, and highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi by far made my wife and my home buying process easy! She was always there when we had questions and concerns, even late nights and weekends. There were a few hiccups that the sellers threw our way and Kristi handled everything assertively but with respect and decorum. She is definitely the only realtor we will be using and the only one we would refer to our friends and family. She also was able to give us numerous references for people to help with some of the work and renovations we needed to make out home our own.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi did a great job of communicating with us. She educated us and kept us informed of the process. She helped us manage the details from having an estate sale to the closing of the sale. She listened to our concerns. If she did not have an immediate answer to our questions she used her resources to quickly provide an answer. This was a challenging time after the death of my parents. I had little knowledge about what I needed to do to sell their home. Krisit walked us through the process selling the home at a traditionally slow time of the year.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was a delight to work with in the purchase of our new home. She went out of her way to be available whenever we needed to talk/meet with her and was a great resource with regard to the local market. Kristi listened carefully to what we were looking for and went the extra mile to find suitable properties for us. When the sale of a property we were really interested in fell through, she was right on top of it and contacted us before it was even re-listed! That was the home we ended up purchasing. Kristi was always willing and able to help us navigate complicated HOA verbiage and documents, and she was pro-active in keeping us up-to-date on every aspect of the whole process. We would work with her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. It doesn't hurt that she has such a great personality and disposition! We will definitely seek her out in the future when we are ready to sell/buy property in the Prescott area.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was awesome! She went above and beyond every step of the way! She was always responsive and if there was any kind of problem from something left on contract no matter how small she caught it and made sure it was remedied quickly. She did not treat this place as a place we were buying but rather a place she was buying from the inspection to follow through on problem(s) that needed fixed. We would recommend her over and over again! Very knowledgeable and a pure delight to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi did a very good job helping me buy my new house. She was always available and always gave good advice. When I was first looking at houses, she was always quick to setup walk throughs. When I finally did pick my house she helped me negotiate a good price, handled setting up inspections, and got me all the documents I needed to read and sign no problem. I always felt like Kristi was keeping me up to date on where I was in the home buying process and what I needed to do next, which made the whole process easier than I originally expected.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi Patterson, what can I say? She is a tireless worker, she's really nice and funny, she knows this market so well, she's great with real estate paperwork, she became our friend, she got things going fast, she is a communicator which is vital, she has an exchange student and teens at home, she got my home sold when I had booked a rental and we got in without paying an extra months rent. She sent out the word about our listing and we got other realtors showing it, she did open houses, she got realtors to tour it twice. Kristi Patterson most importantly got my nice home sold so Kathy and I could build another much smaller home. Kathy and I call Kristi our friend, you cannot help but like her she's nice, funny, and smart, and a tireless worker. I recommend her and I'd use her again. She's the one you've been looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi is a top agent in our view. She is very professional and friendly, great attitude, patient, easy to work with. We are very fortunate to have found here. She is super knowledgeable about the market area and was able to make references to inspectors, engineers, contractors, insurance and other quality professionals to help us make decisions, complete due diligence and close. These insights were really helpful because we are from outside the area. She kept the process moving and was always timely in communications. She educated us about many issues. She even went above and beyond by helping us with a few items after closing. We would definitely hire her again to buy or sell a house in the Prescott area.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I chose Kristi Patterson to find us a home in Prescott, AZ. She knows the area well, responds quickly, is able to negotiate well and most importantly, wants what's best for her clients. The focus of her property searches had everything to do with what will make her clients happy and little to do with the amount of her commission. I would recommend Kristi to any home buyer or seller without reservation.
