Slow to answer, but quick to decline an application. I had requested a tour, then two days went by with no response. I figured I liked the place already enough to apply, so I just went ahead and did that. Not even two hours later, my application was denied (I suspect without even really being looked at). My co-applicant didnt even get to fill theirs out yet. I tried to ask about this immediately after the decline message was sent, and have yet to get a response.

I was introduced to Alejandro as my wife and needed help in selling our home and was immediately impressed with his knowledge regarding the real estate market and decided to have him arrange and manage the listing.
