ZillowVERIFIED Slow to answer, but quick to decline an application. I had requested a tour, then two days went by with no response. I figured I liked the place already enough to apply, so I just went ahead and did that. Not even two hours later, my application was denied (I suspect without even really being looked at). My co-applicant didnt even get to fill theirs out yet. I tried to ask about this immediately after the decline message was sent, and have yet to get a response.

He was very friendly in such a difficult situation to sell my home. During the process the buyers wanted to see the permits for the improvements done to the home. Left package outside and he came to pick them up after 10:00 P.M. in order to provide the service. Another time due to my child needs came to the home at 8 P.M. to sign papers and were interrupted several times.
