Husvar Real Estate

Nicole is an excellent realtor! She made the process of selling our house super easy. Nicole and her team did a great job pricing, photographing, and marketing our house. As a result, it sold quickly and for more than we were expecting! Nicole is an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with her in the future!

Nicole has been tremendously helpful as a first time home buyer. She has been kind, intentional, and transparent through the entire process - plus she has been great with helping soothe our anxiety. The process has been smooth and she helped us get the home for lower than expected! Will be recommending her to everyone and using her again if we ever need to sell. Thank you Nicole!!!

At the beginning of the year, I decided to begin a search for a small house in the Cheektowaga/Depew area. I stopped in at an open house for one of Brandon's listings. He spent time showing me the property and explaining how it would or would not meet my needs. I made an offer on that property and although I wasn't successful, I knew that Brandon was the realtor who would be most helpful to me. We looked at several properties and with his knowledge and expertise, we found one that fit my needs. Buying a house is stressful but Brandon made the process manageable.

Excellent, he made navigating a competitive market feel easy and made the entire home buying process very smooth.

He made the process super easy and got us the place extremely fast! We were extremely pleased and will be sending him as a recommendation to any friends or family
