Buying our first home was such a huge milestone for us, and were grateful we had Erick as our guide. He showed up for us as an incredible realtor from start to finish. He made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and helped us find the perfect home, negotiated the right price, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was patient, honest, responsive, and always looking out for our best interest. What meant the most was knowing that he never made us feel pressured and always took the time to explain everything. Erick was awesome to work with. His quick response and willingness to meet us no matter what day of the week to look at potential homes put our stress at ease. Erick Guzman was professional, courteous and kind and always on top of getting things done ahead of time. He was referred to me by a business associate and when I was on a vacation and I had someone renovating my house and Erick came over to check things out for me and when I came back I contracted with him and everything went smoothly. There was a lot to work to do and Erick helped me throughout the entire process until we had a buyer for the home and until all the paperwork was completed. I could not have asked for anything better. He had photos and videos made and shown on the advertising website that showed a great view and he took the interest in helping me the through the entirety from beginning to end.
