He was referred to me by a business associate and when I was on a vacation and I had someone renovating my house and Erick came over to check things out for me and when I came back I contracted with him and everything went smoothly. There was a lot to work to do and Erick helped me throughout the entire process until we had a buyer for the home and until all the paperwork was completed. I could not have asked for anything better. He had photos and videos made and shown on the advertising website that showed a great view and he took the interest in helping me the through the entirety from beginning to end.

We were not sure about buying a home yet or waiting a few more months, but after Erick showed us what was out there in our price range and also gave us great insight into current first-time homebuyer programs, we found our perfect starter home. The process with him was really easy. Any homes we had questions on, he had answers ASAP and always made us feel like a priority. When we found our home and started the negotiations, he was able to get us a great deal and was able to negotiate seller concessions which covered all of our closing costs and some repairs! Also with the first time home buyer program he informed us about it covered part of our down payment. We would not have known about the program if it wasn't for Erick. We were highly satisfied with his services and recommend Erick!

I took a few months to find the right home that fit my budget but he was very patient with me and made my search much easier by focusing on my wants and needs. I ended up finding a home that met my needs both condition-wise and budget-wise. Erick is a younger real estate professional who is very relatable and reliable. He is an expert in his field and was able to help me with any questions I had at any time. He was also able to help negotiate the price down from the original price that the seller and I had agreed to which was of course good news. Unfortunately, we were unable to close on any of them because of how fast houses were going. Houses were being sold days after we visited them...sometimes the same day! It was insane. However, Erick stayed with us throughout the entire process and together we plowed on. Eventually, he helped connect us with a new construction. Despite the insurmountable delays, Erick guided us throughout the journey. He was great in contacting the builders to make sure everything was going according to schedule and to answer any of our questions. We just closed and we couldn't be happier with his services. Erick Guzman checked off these requirements that I was searching for, and he truly impressed me as a person. First time we met; we discussed my needs in order to sell my home: I knew I found the correct realtor to represent me. He is open to hearing you out and shares his honest opinion on what he thinks would work best for you to obtain the best deal. I listen to what he had to say, and to make all long story short... we placed the house in the market on a Friday and by Monday I had multiple offers (an absurd amount of offers): I sold my home for an amount I was not expecting and that is because I took Erick's advise. ZillowVERIFIED Erick set up an appointment with us and said he would follow up, He did not; we had to reach out to him. He sent an e-mail with questions to answer after having to remind him to do so, answered said questions in a timely manner (got E-mail at 10 pm and responded 8 am next morning). He was scheduled at 10 am. At his appointment time he sent a text message that simply stated that based on our answers we were not a good fit, with no other explaination. So we waited and prepared for his arrival all to be dumped last minute, very unprofessional.
