Dave was excellent at analyzing our criteria for a home, negotiating a fair deal, then guiding us through the inspection process and repairs. Dave even took a percentage cut from the seller to make the deal. The frosting on cake were the restaurant and home Depot gift certificates that Dave gifted to us at closing.
